The story behind this space

Writing has always been part of me.
From childhood stories and poetry to years of silence, that thread never disappeared — it simply waited.
When I returned to writing nearly fifteen years later, it was not by chance. It had been shaped by experience — by leadership, by navigating complex systems, by holding responsibility while learning to stay connected to what is human within it all.
La Lionne Sage is not about telling a story for its own sake. It is a space to give language to what is often lived, yet rarely named — in our work, our relationships, and our inner lives.
Here, reflection becomes a way of making sense of complexity. Of holding both structure and humanity. Of exploring leadership, resilience, identity, and the forces that shape how we show up in the world — not from theory alone, but from lived experience.
What began as something personal is gradually becoming something more collective — a space where reflection can connect, resonate, and open new ways of seeing.
If something here speaks to you, I invite you to stay, reflect, and engage.
